









All rentals are priced on an hourly basis. 50% of the total is required to reserve (deposits are non-refundable). The remaining balance is due one week prior to the event date. Security and management will be present and have the right to end the event if it poses a threat to the safety of the guest or destruction of property. All alcoholic beverages are to be set-up at the bar and distributed by the Bartender employed by the venue.
When booking a children’s event, at least 1 adult chaperone is required to be present per 5 children. Please encourage the parents to stay at the event with their children.
An additional $200 cash only deposit is required by the start of the event and will be refunded after the inspection of the venue, at the end of the event: All food must be removed from the refrigerator/food warmer and all trash must be discarded at the end of the event. You are allowed a complimentary 30-minute arrival & 30 minute vacate time.
